Responsibilities - including but not limited to:
Servicing to high quality standard using both manufacturer and Bosch service schedules.
Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults, identifying causes & providing solutions.
Repairing all vehicle systems inc timing belts/chains, clutches/DMF's etc, focussing on quality and attention to detail.
Participating in training and development to ensure service knowledge is up to date.
Contributing to company processes, improvements and innovations.
Required Skills and Experience
You will ideally be a Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with experience (Level 2 candiates will be considered), MOT tester advantageous, but not essential
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines.
Own tool set.
You will hold a full UK driving licence.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to continue their personal development through a Bosch/LKQ training plan including diagnostics, hybrids and EV's, plus MOT Nominated Tester training if appropriate.
Working Hours Mon-Friday 08.00 - 17.00 hrs (1/2 hr for lunch), plus every 2nd Saturday 08.00 - 12.00 hrs.
