Pay rate: From £9.50 per hour to £10.23 per hour at weekends

Location: Dunwood Court, Salisbury Road, Sherfield English, Nr Romsey SO51 6GR.

Contracted hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each week, 16:00-20:00 (with opportunity for additional hours if required)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Support Worker to join our team to cover afternoons on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 4pm-8pm.

Your duties will be varied and wide-ranging, supporting our independent Homeowners where needed. You need to be happy working independently, using your own initiative.

You’ll be a visible and reassuring presence for Owners, helping to provide security and peace of mind 24 hours a day. You will help maintain communal areas, provide a safe environment for our Homeowners, and support activities within the development.

About you

The successful candidate will have excellent customer care skills, be empathetic, and enjoy a busy and varied role. Previous experience as a Support Worker is not essential; however, a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or the care industry is preferred.

You should be supportive and reassuring, able to maintain confidentiality, act with sensitivity and diplomacy, and manage safety and security effectively.

Basic computer skills and experience with email are required to support site administration.
