Shadow team members in meetings and eventually have input once you gain more experience. As you develop your technical engineering skills with us on real-life projects, Cundall will fund and facilitate your studies through to the relevant level of qualification in civil/structural engineering on a day-release basis. The training you will be getting You will achieve a Level 6 Civil engineer degree apprenticeship qualification which is the equivelent to a full-time degree. You will be training at Coventry University or Birmingham University one day a week and working with Cundall four days a week. Cundall can also offer you support towards achieving chartership status with the IStructE, and in the long-term the opportunity for a truly rewarding and exciting career. What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Once the apprenticeship has been completed you will be promoted to an engineer and support other apprentices in the business helping with leadership skills.
