Location: St Austell, Cornwall - with regional travel

Key Responsibilities
* Manage design development and technical approvals across multiple residential schemes
* Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, warranty standards and CDM Regulations
* Appoint, manage and coordinate external consultants and engineers
* Discharge planning conditions and manage technical risk
* Provide buildability and technical support to site teams
* Manage utilities, building control and warranty providers
About You
* HND (Level 5) or equivalent in construction, design or engineering
* Proven experience in a Technical Manager or Design Manager role within housebuilding
* Strong technical, organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
