The Role: Diagnose underlying causes of electrical and software issues, implement corrective measures, and share insights with relevant teams. Carry out on-site delivery and integration of upgrades or modifications in line with customer requirements and established processes. Provide both emergency response and long-term support for systems installed at company facilities and client locations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across all stages of the project, ensuring progress updates and demonstrations are communicated effectively. Key Skills and Experience: Skilled in diagnosing faults and implementing solutions independently or by coordinating with specialist teams. Experienced in tracing root causes of electrical issues and software errors, applying best practices and industry-standard diagnostic tools. Strong customer focus, with the ability to develop productive relationships across all levels of an organisation. Hands-on experience with industrial robotics, including KUKA and Fanuc systems. Proficient in PLC operations and troubleshooting, with exposure to Beckhoff, Siemens, and IEC (phone number removed) programming languages (LAD, ST, FB, SFC). Knowledgeable in diagnosing and maintaining industrial fieldbus communication networks such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, CANopen, and RS232.
