The school is committed to providing tailored support for learners with SEN, PMLD, and ASC, aiming for a 1:1 or 1:3 provision for all students. The team collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive support and guidance.
We are seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 and with small groups of students. This full-time role starts ASAP. Benefits include:

Minimum requirements:

Key responsibilities:
* Supporting SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
* Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress
* Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school training events
