The site administrator is an essential component to our warehouse teams, reporting directly into the General Manager and playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials
* Reconciling accounts payable invoices
* Liaise with suppliers and manage queries
* Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation on rates, hours, and manager approvals
* Analysis of labour hours explaining key variances
* Month end support as required with opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles
* Preparing and raising customer invoices
* Up to date records of site stock
* Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance team
* Supporting site engagement activities
* Coordinating uniform ordering and management
Key Skills
* Proficient with IT including MS Excel / Office
* Desirable – SAP experience
* Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload, with minimum supervision
* Demonstrate drive, energy and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall site performance
* Attention to detail
* Communicate effectively with all levels
* Flexible, with a can-do attitude
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing / 3PL
* Self-starter – able to manage the regular deliverables with the ad hoc and to identify where to invest more time for the better outcome – without requiring step by step guidance
