The Role
The agency is looking for a proactive lead generating, self-motivating, target driven salesperson to identify new opportunities for ArmstrongB2B. The role involves identifying, researching, prospecting, and pitching to new potential clients. Highly incentivised and supported with training, you will be joining a well-established, successful Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Sales.
You will be responsible for targeting a particular geographical area or industrial market, targeting appropriate contacts to create an interest in ArmstrongB2B and sell the benefits of partnering with a world leading b2b creative agency.
You will be fully trained in prospecting over the phone, create target lists, work to weekly, monthly and annual targets for appointments, proposals and new business wins.
Requirements & skills
* Ability and willingness to work collaboratively, full time from our recently renovated creative space in Chester city centre
* Minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience
* Personable, confident, sales driven
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent telephone skills
Package
Salary £26,000- £30,000 depending on experience
Uncapped bonus, realistic OTE £40,000 +
