Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production,> Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and reliable work ethic. Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, logging results, reading digital instructions). Physical Requirements / Work Environment Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends or overtime as required to support production schedules. Must be able to lift, move, or handle materials up to _25_ kg with or without reasonable accommodation.
