This is the ideal role to develop an early grounding in a varied and interesting area of work. You will learn about the UK tax system, in England and Wales, how different taxes are computed, the reliefs that reduce them and how they are administered. This will be supported by a study package to support you to achieve the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.
The great thing about being a trainee with us is that no two days are the same, you will experience new challenges on a weekly basis. You will have the opportunity to build client relationships through knowledge and experience and there will be a wide diversity of work and various challenges that will help you develop the skills you need to succeed as a tax advisor in this truly rewarding career.
The ideal candidate will have Grade 5 or above in GCSE Maths and English and Grade B or above A Levels. No accountancy experience is required but experience of using Microsoft Office packages is essential. You will be enthusiastic to learn, have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
