* Proven experience in delivering 10M+ Program in a Prime SI Model
* Should have led the delivery of at least one transformation project to deliver 360 degree order management functionality across COM/SOM/ROM
* Proven expertise in driving process and delivery quality improvements, driving automations, productivity improvements
