Job Overview
A co-educational private day and boarding school located in the village of Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire, catering for about 1200 students and teachers daily. The school operates seven days a week, requiring a work pattern of five days over seven. We are currently looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to manage our hospitality operations in Huntingdon.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the hospitality operation.
* Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage managed.
* Guarantee compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
* Support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, preparing hot drinks, and clearing down; Barista skills essential.
You Will Have The Following Skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Hospitality experience required.
* All‑round team player.
* Organised with attention to detail.
Knowledge / Competencies
* Ability to demonstrate reasonable understanding and use of verbal English.
* Ability to demonstrate reasonable written English and reading skills.
* Similar experience in a customer and/or food preparation environment preferred.
