Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality recruitment administration service for EY's Graduate, Industrial Placement, Summer Internship, Work Experience, Smart Futures, Our Future, and Business Apprentice recruitment and selection activities.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Deliver a smooth and positive recruitment experience for all candidates applying for graduate, undergraduate, or school positions.
2. Part of a team delivering excellent service aligned with the Firm’s recruitment requirements, ensuring service level agreements are met in line with TSS standards.
3. Process administration and system updates related to the pre-offer recruitment process, including screening, assessment centre/interview scheduling, and obtaining business assessor/interviewer availability.
4. Act as the first point of contact to respond to candidate queries, conducting further analysis and investigation as needed.
5. Produce regular progress reports for the Student Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to process improvements and technology optimizations.
6. Provide flexible support across pre-offer and post-offer processes, as well as other TSS teams when required. Contribute to wider TSS and HR projects.
7. Maintain personal development by keeping knowledge and skills up-to-date, staying informed on HR policies and industry news, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
Skills and attributes for success:
Proven recruitment administration experience and knowledge of the professional services industry. Ability to manage high volumes and conflicting priorities.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Strong customer service experience and professional telephone manner.
2. High accuracy and attention to detail in routine tasks.
3. Confident communication and appropriate operation within the organization, especially with key stakeholders.
4. Initiative in problem-solving, self-sufficiency, and proactive research skills.
5. Ability to influence stakeholders, manage resistance, and escalate issues appropriately.
6. IT literacy with Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Interest in EY’s service lines and recruitment needs at all levels.
2. Experience in administration within a service delivery team environment.
