Business Support Officer Permanent Grade 3 - £27,254 - £33,699 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week This role will be working within the Tribunal Business Support Team, playing a vital role in supporting the SENAR Tribunal Team by managing the tribunal mailbox, coordinating appeal documentation, and ensuring timely communication with parents, schools, and professionals. Main responsibilities include setting up SharePoint folders, tracking deadlines, sending consultations, and collating bundles for hearings. Working closely with the Tribunal Leads to maintain accuracy and efficiency across multiple appeals. This role demands strong organisation, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced, sensitive environment.
