Life assurance with the option to increase cover Were open to flexible working options just ask What youll do day to day Drive sales performance by achieving all personal KPIs, identifying accurate parts, utilising promotions, and actively converting upsell opportunities. Deliver outstanding customer service through expert product knowledge, fast response to enquiries, proactive order progression and professional handling of concerns or complaints. Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular contact, centre visits, and by understanding each customers needs, preferences and delivery requirements. Maintain a high level of technical and product knowledge, completing all required training and staying up to date with bulletins, parts updates, offers and recall information. Use all systems accurately and efficiently (including EKTA/VIN lookup), ensuring correct documentation, compliance with processes, and precise handling of payments. Work collaboratively with the TPS Centre team and Sales Manager to meet shared targets, improve customer experience, and communicate customer feedback or lost sales. Ensure customer data, discount structures and credit statuses are managed accurately and in line with TPS Guidelines and the Operations Manual, maintaining full professionalism at all times. Previous experience in a parts, distribution, or fast-paced sales/telesales environment, involving regular contact with trade or retail customers. Proven ability to build strong, trusting and long-lasting customer relationships through professional communication and reliability. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner, with the ability to engage customers and support them effectively. Strong teamwork skills, collaborating well with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience. Good IT literacy with the ability to use systems accurately, maintain detailed records, and follow processes with high attention to detail.
