The Ideal Candidate
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
2. Confident leading a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
3. Passionate about seasonal ingredients and classic pub dishes
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior chefs
5. Excellent food safety and compliance knowledge
