Job Title: Quality and Compliance Officer
Location: Sible Hedingham, Essex
Hours: 37.5 hours (full-time)
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £24,500 per year
Forest Homecare is recruiting a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our Mid Essex team. Working from our Forest Homecare office in Sible Hedingham, Essex.
Your main duties will include:
* Carrying out audits on Care and Medication records
* Dealing with incoming telephone calls
* Compliance support
* Quality Assurance Questionnaires
* Care Certificate completion for all new care staff
* Ensuring correct completion of financial sheets
* Supporting the area manager with office duties
* Occasional visits to our service users' and client's homes to carry out audits on site - successful applicant must hold a valid UK driving licence
Experience:
* Office experience would be preferred but not essential as full training and support will be given with all aspects of computer systems used
* You will have excellent organisational skills and effectively manage priorities, working well under pressure
* You will have excellent communication and written skills
* You will be able to deal sensitively and effectively with calls from service users, their representatives such as health and social care professionals and all other organisations.
