Job Role:
I’m looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support me in financially appraising land opportunities across the UK. You’ll be helping assess sites both with and without planning permission, providing key insights into their development potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Analysing the financial viability of land deals nationwide
•Preparing cost appraisals and development forecasts
•Supporting due diligence on prospective acquisitions
This is a commission-based position, ideal for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and keen to be rewarded directly for successful outcomes.
