A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Volunteering Team Lead for our Kent wide community services and developing new volunteering placements for a variety of roles including for social work students. Where: West Kent Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week Full Time Salary : £35,220.59 - £37,184.91* Contract: 24 Month Fixed Term Contract *Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About the Role: Managing a new recruitment and volunteering strategy in the service Recruiting and coordinating volunteers Delivering regulated training to support their development Supporting the welfare and wellbeing of volunteers About you: Experienced in recruiting, training and managing volunteers Aware of the challenges faced by the people using our services Experienced in delivering learning and training to others Accomplished written and verbal skills and a high degree of IT competency Capable, committed, and influential leader Experience of promoting the voice of service users What we will give to you: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
