The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including:
* Contractual disputes, professional negligence, and shareholder disputes
* Commercial property and landlord & tenant litigation
* Advising clients from SMEs to large corporates across multiple sectors
* Preparing pleadings, drafting agreements, and attending hearings
* Managing cases from initial advice through to trial or settlement
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
