11. Assisting with estimates, bids and tender submissions

What we’re looking for

12. Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing or refurbishment
13. Comfortable working on tenanted properties and live environments
14. Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills
15. Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams and with clients
16. Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once

Salary & Package

17. Up to £50,000 per annum
18. Company car or car allowance
19. Hybrid working flexibility
20. 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional leave
21. Company pension scheme with employer contributions up to 7.5%
22. Additional benefits including healthcare support, retail and lifestyle discounts, paid volunteering day and long service recognition

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of projects and be part of a growing, fast-paced team, this could be a great move.
