We’re recruiting on behald of an exsisiting client based in South Leicester. They are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves speaking with people, building rapport, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers approaching their renewal—offering guidance, warming conversations, and smoothly handing customers over to the sales team when they’re ready. You’ll also support delivery bookings and finance documentation to make sure every customer has a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers as their renewals become due
Build positive, lasting relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualify customer needs and pass warm leads to the sales team
Book vehicle deliveries and prepare finance paperwork
Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system
About You
Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using CRM systems and handling customer information
