You will be working with students, aged 5 – 11 that require both academic and pastoral support to ensure they are reaching their expected levels of progress. You will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom. There will also be opportunities to cover lessons gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or schools direct teacher training programme.
