An awarding winning and leader in their specialist field, my client has an exciting and rare opportunity to join their well-established and successful team. The role will be 50% Reception and 50% Administration.
Joining their growing team, you will provide reception and administrative support to the whole team:
1. Taking calls and responding to emails
2. Greeting visitors
3. Providing refreshments for clients
4. Case Management System
5. Liaising and supporting colleagues with general admin tasks
The successful candidate will have an administrative background, strong computer skills, good attention to detail with the ability to work front of house.
