Zachary Daniels are working with a high growth fashion brand to appoint a Warehouse Operations Lead. This role will be based on site at their Distribution Centre and will involve travel to an additional site in North Ireland (North Belfast).

Your Role:
* Lead and inspire a motivated warehouse crew to deliver top-notch service every day
* Own the smooth flow of stock - from receiving and storage to dispatch
* Keep our inventory accurate and spot-on with regular cycle counts
* Champion safety and create a warehouse where everyone can thrive
* Troubleshoot challenges and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced setting
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to keep the brand moving forward
What You Bring:
* Proven experience leading warehouse teams, ideally in a fast-moving environment
* A natural leader who motivates others and gets things done
* Confident using WMS (Peoplevox a plus) and savvy with Microsoft Office
* Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves in a busy warehouse
* Laser-focused on accuracy, safety, and delivering results
