Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Brentwood, Essex
£12.75 per hour
6 week assignment to start ASAP
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Duties:
* Working as part of large team you will liaise with customers, updating information on the in-house database
* You will forward feedback emails to customers and log responses
* You will respond to enquiries and queries by phone and email
To be considered for this role:
* You must be confident talking to customers over the telephone
* You must be available to work for the next 6 weeks without substantial absences
