Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the South & Mid Division Facilities team. The successful candidate will work part‑time, 25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (or as per service requirements). The role involves providing high‑quality administrative support services in a busy office environment and requires familiarity with Microsoft applications and databases.

* Use Microsoft applications and database systems to support daily office activities.


Qualifications

* Self‑motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Experience in providing high‑quality administrative support services in a busy office environment.
* Familiarity with Microsoft applications and databases.
* Available to work 25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.


Legal and Administrative Information

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
