Programme information:

You will join as a trainee as part of the Investment 20/20 one-year trainee programme. While we can't guarantee a permanent position at the end of the 12-month contract, however, if you perform well & if we have an open position available at the time, then permanent employment could be a possibility. The Investment20/20 trainee programme is offered by many investment management firms and 75% of the 2,000 Investment20/20 trainees are offered permanent positions at the end of the one year.

As a trainee, you will be introduced to investment management and you will gain industry knowledge, experience, and develop relationships to progress your career and develop skills to secure a permanent role. We will support you in achieving/starting a professional qualification if this is something you are interested in doing (most firms offer it, and we highly rmend doing so). As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.

Our trainee programme is a fixed term one-year contract paying £28,000. You will receive 27 days annual leave. All roles are based in London.

The intern will be supporting the development and delivery of the rebranding workstream from AXA IM to BNP Paribas Asset Management; to be ready for January 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Rebranding Implementation across all workstreams

o Support the end-to-end rebranding process for all workstreams, including marketing, corporatemunication and internal teams

o Assist with overseeing the development and approval of rebranded assets, ensuringpliance validation across channels

o Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (design agencies etc) to deliver rebranded materials on time and within scope

o Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent adoption and adherence to the new brand guidelines across all touchpoints .
• Brand guardianship and support

o Act as key brand champion driving adoption and adherence to brand platforms and assisting other parts of the business with brand-related queries where required.

o Ad hoc support for our internal design agency - workflow management, basic design projects, cross-team reporting

Qualifications
Share your unique expertise:
2. Management andmunications skills to work with team members and collaborating with key stakeholders as a functional specialist.
3. Demonstrate and develop project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously either as part of team or as an individual.
4. Acute attention to detail to ensure all work is delivered without mistakes
5. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global matrixed organisation.
6. Learn to work with creative, production, and media agencies on creative development, production, and media plan fulfilment and delivery.
7. French language skills would be a great asset for the role but not essential:.
8. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint would be beneficial
9. An interest or background in graphic design or experience with tools like Creative Cloud (InDesign etc) would also be beneficial
