We are seeking two Administrative Support Officers to join our Business Support team at RSH. This proactive and varied role involves providing administrative support across the organisation, including dedicated support to specific directorates.
Job Description
You will manage a diverse portfolio of administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, assist with diary management, support internal and external meetings, arrange travel, and take minutes.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support with excellent communication skills.
* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
