A long-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced MRICS Associate Director to join their growing project management team based in Central London. The Company that the MRICS Associate Director will join: The MRICS Associate Director will be joining a successful consultancy who have 2+ offices across the UK and have a reputation for delivering public sector construction projects across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors with contract values ranging from £15m-£300m. The MRICS Associate Director Role: The MRICS Associate Director will be working within a close-knit team consisting of an Assistant Project Manager, 2x Project Managers, 2x Senior Project Managers, 2x Commercial Managers, 1x Senior Commercial Manager and the Project and Cost Directors. The MRICS Associate Director will be experienced at carrying out pre and post contract duties and have strong experience delivering new build developments, refurbishments, extensions and CAT A/B fit outs within a variety of sectors within the built environment. The MRICS Associate Director will bring previous experience working in the healthcare, commercial or education sector and previous experience working on the NEC contract.
