If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you The Role Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2 who may present behavioural challenges. Your role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils manage their emotions and develop positive behaviour strategies. The ideal candidate will encourage engagement in learning, build trusting relationships with pupils and assist them in developing confidence and social skills. The successful candidate will be calm, supportive and proactive, with a good understanding of behaviour management strategies. Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is preferred.
