Overview
The role of Production Manager is to take full accountability to produce Made to Measure products within their assigned area, across all production lines. They should do so by leading, coaching and engaging their assigned team at their assigned production facility. The Production Manager should promote a Customer First culture to ensure that all Customer Orders are produced to the correct specification, within the agreed timeframe and should ensure that all aspects of production are compliant and follow the applicable processes. Made to Measure is an exciting area of growth for the business. It is our mission to ensure Made to Measure is made easy. The Made to Measure Central Team is here to help bring the expertise required to achieve our mission and ensure we grow the business in a sustainable way. We work closely with many other areas of the business but most notably stores, store operations, digital growth, product and design teams.
