This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who is passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.The successful candidate will take on the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher, including planning, teaching, marking, and supporting pupils with additional learning needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver adapted lessons to support pupils with SENCreate a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports individual learning needsWork closely with teaching assistants and SEN support staffMark and assess pupils' work and monitor progressSupport and implement EHCP and individual learning plans where requiredUse a variety of differentiated teaching strategiesManage behaviour effectively using positive behaviour strategiesLiaise with parents, carers, and external professionals when neededRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UKExperience working with SEN pupils in a school settingGood knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and differentiationStrong classroom management skillsPatient, flexible, and supportive approach to teachingCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWhat We OfferCompetitive daily rate of £150 - £232 depending on experienceSupportive and welcoming school environmentOpportunity for long-term work with potential for permanent placementA rewarding role supporting pupils with additional needsAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
