Regional Access Manager Rheumatology & IBD
Location: Southern - UK ( ideally the candidate will be located within a 90-minute commute of Uxbridge, West London)

We’re partnering with a global pharmaceutical leader operating across 100+ countries to find an experienced and strategic Regional Market Access Manager to support the immunology portfolio, with a specific focus on rheumatology and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with NHS stakeholders including ICBs, Value and Access Groups, Medicines Optimisation Groups, Area Prescribing Committees (APCs), hospital trusts, and clinical leads in rheumatology and gastroenterology
* Ensure appropriate and consistent patient access to our client's medicines within the regional payer and local ICB framework
* Achieve optimal positioning of our client's medicines within local/regional commissioning guidelines
* Enable optimisation of funding and patient throughput for service elements (eg patient pathways) in the therapeutic areas within which our client works
* Identify and address regional access barriers, tailoring solutions to local commissioning priorities and care models
* Provide input and strategic insight to help shape national and regional access strategies, payer value proposition development and development of materials and tools that will support implementation of the strategy
* Provide strategic access training and advisory support to the South Region and provide a flexible resource to cover the UK agreed locally if required
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regional Business Managers, Key Account Managers, MSLs and marketing to deliver integrated access solutions that support regional and key account plans
Requirements
* Proven experience & success in regional market access & NHS engagement, ideally within immunology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology
* Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including commissioning for biologics and targeted therapies in chronic immune-mediated conditions
* Demonstrated success in optimising patient treatment pathways, gaining inclusion of products in formularies and regional & local guidelines
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to interpret clinical and economic data to support access discussions in both rheumatology and IBD
* Degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
