Working Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30
2. Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
Hourly Rate: £12.37 per hour
Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a busy wax assembly team in Worcester. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for candidates with previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Assembling wax components to precise specifications
4. Inspecting finished parts for quality and consistency
5. Handling materials and tools in a safe and efficient manner
6. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
7. Following work instructions and production schedules
8. Supporting other departments as needed
Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is essential
10. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
11. Strong work ethic and reliability
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Willingness to learn and take on new task
