The business is in the infancy of a large scale financial transformation project and we are looking for an experience Finance Manager to drive change across process, people and technology within the finance function. Finance Manager - 6 month contract initially
Hybrid working - based in Glasgow
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage key financial processes during a period of transformation.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations, systems, and processes.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial systems and processes support organizational goals.
Manage a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring high standards of financial reporting and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in finance management.
Strong background in leading change and transformation projects within finance functions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing teams and leading through change is highly desirable.
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
