Salary: NJC 3 (£18,538 FTE pro rata)

A welcoming primary school & nursery within the David Ross Education Trust seeks a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted (January 2020), the school offers a world-class curriculum and enrichment opportunities. You will work alongside the SENDCO to deliver tailored learning programs, support young learners with additional needs, and be part of a collaborative environment that fosters ambition, resilience, and broad personal development.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience supporting SEND pupils within the primary phase
2. Solid knowledge of the primary curriculum
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work in small groups or 1:1
4. A creative, inclusive approach and high expectations for all students
5. A commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
