Key Responsibilities Landlord Acquisition: Identify and onboard landlords to the property management services. Negotiate agreements and demonstrate how our services can maximize landlords' rental income through innovative rental models (HMO, co-living, serviced accommodations, corporate lets). Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by achieving KPIs, including landlords onboarded, gross property management income, and retention rates. Develop strategies to attract and retain corporate tenants and manage larger portfolios. Strategic Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior management to shape strategic decisions around acquisitions, onboarding, and revenue growth. Lead and own projects that directly impact the company's expansion and profitability. Equity & Profit Sharing: Build long-term value for yourself and the company with equity or profit-sharing incentives tied to performance and growth. The Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, property management, or landlord acquisition. Experience in HMO, co-living, or serviced accommodations is a strong plus.
