As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager to maintain excellence across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Lounge, including managing rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be unique—you'll do it your way. Brilliant!
Attention to detail is key. You will be involved in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. You never settle for second best, aiming for your Lounge to be the go-to spot for the local community. It's a challenging role, but you know you've got this.

What you'll bring:
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
* A passion for hospitality and strong people management skills, including talent spotting.
* Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges.
* Good literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision, while managing pressure and deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
