About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer at Dyson, you will be part of a structured graduate programme designed to develop future engineering leaders. You will work on real-world engineering challenges, contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, development, manufacturing, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, development, testing, and validation of products and technologiesApply engineering fundamentals to solve complex technical problemsAssist in prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis to evaluate design performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, software engineers, manufacturing, and quality teamsContribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering solutionsDocument engineering work clearly, including reports, test results, and design reviewsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines
(e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, Materials, Industrial, Systems, etc.)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsSolid understanding of engineering fundamentalsAbility to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and willingness to learnPassion for technology, innovation, and product developmentWhat We Look For
