Administrative Assistant Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year Our client runs a small team of highly skilled engineers covering London, Greater London and South of England. They are seeking a strong administrator with attention to detail, enthusiasm and lots of initiative. The successful candidate will provide experience in all aspects of office administration. The role will include: * First point of contact for clients and engineers for job updates * Administration of CRM system * Assisting with recruitment * Assisting with all HR functions * Supporting management structure in the day to day running of the business * Reporting to Office & Finance Manager Skills and experience: * Excellent communication * Flexible and able to work alone or part of a team * Organised, confident and punctual * 3 years office experience required (Preferred) * Proficient on Word and Excel * Educated to A’ level or equivalent (Preferred) The hours will be Monday – Friday, 40 hour week and office based, you will be happy to work in a very friendly but small office and be highly motivated
