Do you have a strong background in category management within FMCG? Are you confident using data to shape commercial strategy and influence stakeholders at every level? As part of their UK Sales team, we’re looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager who thrives on data, insights and turning analysis into action.
You’ll take the lead on category strategy, product planning, and 4Ps optimisation across key customer groups. This role places you at the heart of their commercial activity, partnering with top UK retailers and collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use consumer, channel and customer insight to shape and implement 4Ps strategy
* Develop and share best practices across local and global teams
* Recommend pricing and promotion strategies aligned with category objectives
* Support new product launches from planning to in‑market performance
* Present market trends and competitor insights to both internal teams and customers
* Use syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI, Spectra, Panel Data) to inform commercial decisions
* Develop trade spend guidelines and review top‑line allocations
* Support demand planning and promotional programme development

The Person:
* Degree‑level education with a background in Sales or Trade Marketing within FMCG
* Strong commercial mindset and experience with customer management
* Excellent analytical skills and confidence handling complex datasets
* Skilled in presenting and influencing across all levels
* Comfortable with syndicated data and advanced Excel use
