One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an Operations Manager.
Location – South Sheilds or Dundee
Permanent role
Salary – £55,000 – 60,000 + 15% bonus + car/allowance
Experience:
* Experience in an Operations Management / Head of role
* People management – role will have 5 direct reports and 30+ indirect
* Must have experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing / Factory environment
* Able to drive KPI’s
* Great stakeholder management skills
