This pivotal role oversees the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm, covering office management, compliance, HR, and financial administration. Key Duties Office Management Manage the daily operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency across all departments. Act as first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and external suppliers. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records. Implement and streamline office procedures to enhance productivity and profitability. Oversee facilities, IT support, office supplies, and vendor contracts. Ensure PAT testing is completed on all electrical equipment across offices.Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to SRA regulations, GDPR, and internal compliance policies. Maintain complaints and risk registers, escalating issues where necessary. Support the firm in managing audits, data protection, and health & safety compliance.
