Role: Group Demand Planner (Hybrid)
Salary:30,000 - 33,000 per annum + Bonus & Excellent BenefitsPackage
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am -5pm

Ourclient, a global distributor, is currently seeking a Group DemandPlanner to join their Supply Chain Team based in Marden, Kent on apermanent contract.
As this is a newlycreated position, you will have the opportunity to grow and developthe role over time. The ideal candidate will have a strong growthmindset and a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn anddevelop with the business.
Duties andResponsibilities:
- Manage and sustain availabilitywithin agreed KPIs to support customer sales in groupSubsidiaries.
- Continually improve communication betweensubsidiaries and the Supply Chain team to ensure marketrequirements are managed, and disseminated and achievements orbudget constraints are fed back to Managing Directors.
-Manage all relevant policies, forecasts, and parameters within theinventory management systems to meet demand and salestargets.
- Manage and develop the range and stock profileof the Subsidiaries, in line with agreed stock turn KPIs.
- Actively seek to understand all aspects of the supplychain and ordering process to continually improve and developefficient processes for subsidiaries and support with master dataissues preventing orders.
- Identify variances, andtrends and communicate root cause analysis and resolution forconsideration by the Supply Chain Department and thesubsidiaries.
- Ensure understanding of ordering andinventory decisions at all levels within the company's groupsubsidiaries and procurement plants through key reports and updatesat all levels of the organisation.
- Work with allnecessary departments within the procurement plants to manage anddevelop the supply chain for the company's groupsubsidiaries.
- To support the Subsidiaries with anydirect vendor relationships.
- Support the business inthe effective achievement of departmental and company targets andobjectives.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a demand planningposition
- Confidence to communicate and deal with alllevels within the business.
- Have experience inanalysing trends within a supply chain and proposing suggestionsfor improvement
- Ability to work on owninitiative
- Excellent organisational skills, ability towork to tight deadlines
- Analytical skills and MicrosoftExcel experience to an advanced level
