CO‑AT Marine is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our delivery team, servicing projects across the UK. The role requires travel to various site locations across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Install, dismantle and re‑assemble mechanical assemblies and sheet metal products.
* Inspect equipment and identify faulty components.
* Ensure quality, environmental, health and safety procedures are adhered to.
* Assist other disciplines when required.
* Ensure safe use of hand tools, machinery and other equipment.
* Maintain equipment to a high and safe standard.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Mechanical Fitter or Sheet Metal Worker.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
