What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs
* Work closely with lecturers and tutors to make lessons inclusive and engaging
* Support students with personal care and administer medication (when required)
* Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support strategies
* Help track and record each student's progress and achievements
What We're Looking For
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or SEND
* A caring, reliable, and flexible approach to work
* A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them grow
* Experience assisting with behavioural, medical, or personal care needs
