Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 2 PQE, Legal 500 firm, London Hybrid & Flexible working
We are recruiting for an excellent Legal 500 law firm with offices in London and the regions. The firm has a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) available due to strong performance and growth over the last year.
What is the role?
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property solicitor, with relevant qualified experience, to join their Commercial Property team based in central London. The position is suitable for newly qualified (NQ) solicitors and above who have completed at least a 6-month training seat in commercial property.
As part of the team, you will have excellent development prospects, enjoy responsibility, and work with a friendly and proactive team on high-quality cases alongside experienced solicitors. Your work may include:
* Advising on various commercial issues
* Acting for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
* Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
* Freehold purchases and sales of commercial and business premises
* Development, Retail, Leisure, factory, office, and residential projects, including overage agreements
* Leases and renewals for landlords and tenants
* Rent reviews
* Landlord and Tenant Law
