Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
* Completing cleaning schedules daily and weekly
* Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Adhering to performance standards for stations and shift instructions
* Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations, including restocking
* Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
* Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
