Job Summary
Yorkshire Water is recruiting several Customer Complaints Advisors to join our Customer Management Centre. As part of the Customer Recovery team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey. You’ll handle complex cases, provide clear updates, and work collaboratively to deliver fair and effective solutions.
Yorkshire Water provides clean drinking water and wastewater services to over 5.4 million people across the region. Beyond supplying water, they support communities, protect the environment, and work around the clock to look after Yorkshire’s water now and in the future. With new environmental rules, major investment, and rising customer expectations, it’s an exciting time to join the water industry.
This role is based at: Western House, Western Way, Bradford BD6 2SZ.

Main Responsibilities
• Resolve complex customer issues by working with internal teams.
• Provide fair solutions that support both customers and the business.
• Keep customer records accurate and GDPR-compliant.
• Identify vulnerable customers and register them for support.
• Manage workloads effectively and escalate risks when needed.
Essential Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver high-quality customer responses.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service, with experience in service or complaints handling.
